In the heart of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, a memorial stands tall in honor of the 1,500 children who fell under the shells and bullets during the 3 year long siege. Today, a communion between those who have fallen and those living unburned childhood occurs as the space turns into a play area.
